iPhone SE (2016) Main screen layout

I have just a quick and technical question regarding the new SE - is it still possible to have the app layout with less apps, but every icon of a bigger size, like it was possible on the older iPhones? I am considering getting the SE for my mum and this is pretty important with a 4.7 inch display.

SE does support display zoom - and i'm 99% sure that in zoomed mode uses 6 icons in column. But someone with SE 2020 should prove that

Yes. I just tested. There would be an additional row if I was not zoomed.
