Maintenance utility

Is there any maintenance app out there for the iPhone?

Something like cocktail or onyx.

What do you need to do?

After 1 year if use I feel it is becoming slower and slower to do basically everything, for instance to open safari and to switch browser window.

I'd like to clean safari cache, system cache and execute all those maintenance tasks I can do on my mac.

Reset all settings?
Set the phone up as a new phone?

I don't wanna reset any settings.

As I said I want to perform tasks similar to the ones cocktail or onyx let me do on my mac.

From Settings->Safari you can clear history, cookies and cache.
