Hey i've got two major bands on my iPhone that have no album covers and iTunes can't retrieve them for some reason. Maybe because they're not on iTunes?

They're AC/DC and Tool. Their albums are named correctly and yet it doesn't find any covers for them.

Otherwise what's the best solution to do it manually?
I've tried with that Amazon album art widget but that doesn't really work and the covers are totally blank.

Thanks

just do it manually. i have done this for my 8,000 song collection and it only took 3-5 hours over the course of a week.

There's your answer.

Just copy the cover off Amazon and paste into iTunes.

And how exactly do you copy the image into a specific album in iTunes?

Oh and something else: there are several albums that have covers when previewing in iTunes (album display) but the covers aren't displayed on the iPhone cover-flow. Why?

Get the image you want... Select the songs from the album you want. All of the songs.

Right click>>Get info (You will get a pop up asking you are you sure you want to edit.. say yes)

Then got to the artwork tab. You will see an add button. Hit the add button and a browsing window will open. Select your file and there you go.
