Hello everyone. I've got major headaches with iOS5. I have three phones, my own, my wife's, and my son's. All Verizon iPhone 4. We have an iMac with different login accounts and a single iTunes account under my e-mail address. Prior to iOS5 this worked fine.

But now, every time one person makes a purchase it shows up on all the rest of the phones.

I turned i Cloud on and it copied all my wifes contacts onto my phone. I turned iCloud off and not only lost her contacts, but all of mine. So I've had to rebuild.

Now the kids are getting iPad's for Christmas and I'm not looking forward to the problems that's going to create.

I considered making separate iTunes accounts for everyone, but I wasn't sure if I could use the same credit/debit card in each account. Obviously the kids don't have one, so I'm not sure how that works there.

Additionally, for some reason my phone no longer appears in the find iPhone app, but my iMac does (I'm still not sure on the need for that).

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

For the app problem, go to settings, store and toggle off the automatic downloads on each device. Then you can each still install whatever you want, from the same iTunes account, but they won't show up automatically.

Yes, set up different iCloud user ID's for each device and utilize one Apple ID for iTunes purchases.
