Major over-exposure with built in iSight?

Anyone else suffer from this problem? The iSight just won't focus properly. If I hold my hand right up close to it it picks it up fine, but just a normal face shot it's so bright you can hardly make out the face?

same here. though I didn't spend any time trying to correct the problem, the little bit of playing around I did seemed very bright. just got the machine 2 days ago so I haven't played with the camera very much.

I definitely have this problem. I never use the thing, so until i saw this post I sort of forgot about it. But combined with the flash of a 27 inch imac screen, I completely over expose.

I haven't looked into fixing it either though unfortunately.
