I have a new iphone 13. The user is younger than 18 and I have Screen Time active. How do I get the temporary iCloud storage Apple is offering when readying an old phone to back up to iCloud? I don't see the Transfer or Reset Option at the bottom of the General Settings Page. I tried to turn off Screen Time. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Well, I assumed the user updated the OS before I started with it. That did the trick. It wasn’t easy though. Many updates skipped due to storage full phone. Ugh. Can’t win.
