Is there any way to do this? Or, at least, a way of manually telling the app that you want to make every single song available offline?

I think this would be useful. I don't want to keep local copies of everything on all of my devices, but I'd like my iPhone to have access to the whole library anywhere, anytime. I don't always have a working internet connection, or simply prefer not to consume data.

I'm curious about this as well and think it would be a good idea.
 
At this point I honestly wouldn't trust it unless I was syncing it with iTunes. The other day I tried to make a whole playlist offline (about 120 songs) and it got stuck.

But once Apple works out the kinks, that might be a great idea!
