Here's a PSD icon template that perfectly matches Apple's webclip icons. Just open it up in Photoshop and drop your image into the "ICON" layer that is to the left of the mask on that layer.

This was all meant for people with 1.1.2 on their iPhones but, would also like webclips. After you make your Fake (Authentic-looking) icon, save it as a PNG file and go to this website, upload your new icon and make your brand new webclip App.
As a bonus treat, I will also share with you the "Default.png" image that I use on my webapps so that it doesn't look like it launches 2 things. Use this fake Safari screenshot as the "Default.png" image found inside the Package Contents of the App. Save the image below:
