It's supposed to be Winter. Why then does it look like this again today?

I just don't understand it, it's warmer in the water than it is out of it and it's pretty warm out of it today.

What happened to Winter??

I'm not bragging, I'm genuinely annoyed.

We get heaps of weather like this during the year, is it too much to ask that Winter actually be cold and miserable??

I'm supposed to go skiing next week and because Winter is currently just an ever-so-slightly cooler Summer there's stuff-all snow. I want to hear the wind howling through my windows, I want to turn on my heater, I want to wear a jacket when I go outside but Nooooo..... It's warm, sunny and dry.

Oh, and since when is Australia a prime location for winter sports? :p
 
i think someone needs some vegiemite :p I think u should for a mini vacation and go to the reef....

We host a World Cup Freestyle Aerials competition every year...

That's not the point, the point is skiing down here is different and should be fun but the season so far is crap because those thieving Kiwis have stolen all the snow.

We have fantastic weather most of the year but I just want a proper winter.

The Reef is about 3000km away (1800+ miles) - that's some mini-vacation.

I don't want to go north - it's hot up north. I want to go south where it's cool, it's winter time and that's supposed to mean cold but it's not.

Hmm, might add this to the list of "It's the Gays' fault for..." ;) *

You do realise most of this is tongue-in cheek don't you all? I would like a massive dump of snow soon but I'm not going to give this weather the flick if that's what we're going to have all season. Just that going skiing is the highlight of my year and it's awful when there's no snow.

*EDIT - Just checked the list - already blamed them for global warming. Adds "No snow this year" to list of things the Kiwis are to blame for.
 
We had our ice age...what did you expect? It's now our hot, humid, unbearable heat age.
 
um does Australia get snow that sits on the ground for more than 7 days? if not quit your complaining and enjoy it; if not pay the money to come up to Toronto in January and you'll be sorted with snow and winter joy. I'll take your return flight ticket ;)

In 2004 we had more snow than Lake Louise did in 2005/2006 by a long way. Mind you, this year it's a little different. Which is why I'm annoyed.
 
The weather is all funny, even here where its suppose to be cold I can walk around in shorts and a T, im suppose to be in warm clothing and spending as much time as possible in bed.. not dying to get out of the house... my worries is if this is winter, how warm will summer be?
 
Jerk! I say we take Chundles out back and tickle him to death. How dare he have a winter like this!!! ;)
