Please make a version of OS X Lion for my 2014 MacBook Pro that looks and feels like 10.0 Cheetah! (Name: Cheetah Kid Comic Club; Wallpaper: Classic Aqua Graphite; Has Rosetta inside, all the apps are copy-pasted from the REAL 10.0 Server, has a folder with "Mac OS X For Dummies, 1st edition" called "CRAZYSTUFF", and even VirtualBox!)

Not someone of power, but your requests cannot work.
1: Rosetta can't easily be ported to 10.7.
2: You can't "copy-paste" all of the apps "from the REAL 10.0 Server". 10.0 apps used the powerPC architecture only, while 10.7 use intel only. (And as per reason 1, you can't run them all on rosetta.)
3. Mac customization is hard, doing everything else to make it feel like cheetah is basically too hard for some random guy on the internet's request
Also, why need CRAZYSTUFF + Virtualbox preincluded? that's easy to get post-install
if you want the most accurate cheetah experience, why not just make a 10.0 virtual machine with something like QEMU since you know about virtualbox?
