I'm pretty sure the answer is no but I thought I would ask to be sure. I have an ipad app that can be down converted screen size to the iPhone 6 plus and maybe the ip6, the iPhone 5 would be to small.

I could make it for IOS 8 and greater so no iphones 4 could buy it, but iphone 5's can be updated to ios 8.

Just wondering.

You can disqualify devices based on features like ARM version, camera flash, etc.
There might not be enough distinguishing differences between iPhone 5 & 6 to do that though.

Just to confirm, I have had Apps approved that disqualified iPods/iPads (based on camera flash),
and also older devices (based on CPU version).

There's no telling how a reviewer would react to this, but it's worked for me every time.
