I have a vector logo that is 100px wide by 28px high. I've exported it as a PNG-24 and I'm getting complaints that it is blurry in the email signature on a new iPhone. It's 2-color. Should I try it as a high jpg or gif? I saved it as an SVG as weill, but when coded in html it is not supported by all browsers.

If it looks blurry on a high-DPI screen, that's because it's upscaling. If you want it to look sharp, you'd have to export at a higher resolution and let it be scaled down.

100 by 28 pixel logo is small even 10 years ago.

FYI, the Macrumors logo on this page, just the logo portion is about 120 x 120

And you need to export retina file that are larger.
