iOS Making apps!

Can i develope apps and sell them and get apps from app store even if my Ipod is jailbroken?

Yes, although when you send Apple screen shots you may want to make sure there is nothing that would make them think your iPod is jailbroken.
Well, they may not care.

You can develop and such, but there is not guarantee that anyone will buy it or if Apple will approve it. As with debugging and stuff, you may want to have multiple models to test with, but that would just be me.
