Ok, so i was going through the thread where everyone posted their winterboard themes, and i came across this.

The wallpapers rotate, so I never get tired of them

I would LOVE if my iphone could look like that, but i am a noob at all of this so i am asking for your help. I usually can figure stuff out, but for this, i have no idea where to start on. So any help is greatly appreciated.
