When im making a wallpaper what res do I make the image? Also how do I get it on my iPhone without iTunes shirking the image like it does with all the others so that they up less space and fit right?

Same size as the screen display 320x480

Just create the image at that size, import it in to iPhoto and create a new album called "wallpapers". Tell iTunes to include that album when syncing photos (unless you sync everything, I don't). Then on the iPhone, go in to the wallpaper setting and chose that image.

That's how I made my own.
