Yep! I learned a ton from:

Unfortunately it seems the site is parked so I'm not sure what's up. Perhaps the person didn't pay their GoDaddy bill. Hopefully it comes back, it was pretty awesome.

You can start by downloading a premade theme and examining how the graphics are set up. After that its just making the PNGs and naming them correctly.

MacThemes is a good place to look as well.
