Making Your own WinterBoard themes (just sounds)

right now i'm running with the carbon theme i got from cydia which i really like but don't care for the sounds. I wanted to just customize the sounds with an easy theme. I notice i could download sound themes which when put under the carbon them in winterboard it would over ride the carbon sounds with the new theme sounds i downloaded from the web. But i want to make my own theme of sounds or even collect sounds from downloaded ones and re rearrange and custom them to my liking and make that be my sound theme for mail-msm-lock-battery etc. I'm sure i would just HSS in there and add the them i just need some software produce the pack or file or how ever winterboard reads themes. Thanks
