The milanese loop has no branding marks, but a detail most clones may miss out is the "assembled in china" markings which are concealed when attached to the watch in the actual loop section itself.

There isn't, but if you have a lot of hair on your arm, it'll rip them off. My fiancé was in quite some pain when my hand was near his beard.
