Universal binary: http://mameosx.sourceforge.net/ Your download should appear as a DMG file that opens up to contain the application binary. This isn't Snow Leopard based, but it should give you a general idea if you run into setup problems: http://www.simplehelp.net/2007/10/11/how-to-play-mame-roms-games-in-os-x/
