MAME4iOS doesn't save configuration on iOS 10

I currently have iOS 10 on my iPhone 7 Plus. I also subscribe to build.io so I can get MAME4iOS on my phone. It worked great in iOS 9 (iPhone 6), but on iOS10, when you try to save any configurations such as video settings, controller settings.. etc.., it will not save.

Did iOS 10 change some kind of security for apps that would prevent this from happening?
