I guess people see what they want to see.
I just downgraded to the last 9 iOS and it's faster than 10 on the SE. You see that when using the browser etc. or typing.
I might upgrade later when the first bugs are gone.
And I must say except of the dual language keyboard there is nothing of the new features I would use.
The news widget in the lock screen can't be adjusted to personal needs, the iMessage features come 20 years too late for me (am too old for stickers I found out), HomeKit I'm too young for (found out I still can walk to a lamp to turn it on or off by simply walking).
Also my phone got very hot each time I connected it to the charger. Used 10 for some days, but 9 is faster and more stable at this point.
