Safari doesn't allow users to drag/drop, rename, move, delete, or otherwise organize favorites among the folders on the favorites bar. For instance, you can drag a URL into a favorites folder on the menu bar, but you can't add it to a subfolder, or move it from one folder to another or edit its name. Chrome and Firefox do allow these actions, but Safari forces you to run to the sidebar to do so.

Am I the only one to finds this absurd? It's a must-fave feature.

Is there a way to upvote this feature request to Apple?

I appreciate the replies. For those who need to save and manage bookmarks effortlessly and efficiently on the fly, Firefox and Chrome are the leaders. (But they lack Safari's ability to autofill 2fa codes from Messages.)
