Manage multiple icloud accounts?

Right now I have iCloud setup using our primary Apple ID. I got it syncing mail, calendar, reminders, notes etc. for me. Setting up my wife's device and running into some problems. She not going to want to sync all my stuff and she wants to sync her devices so do I get her own iCloud? We lose the great photo stream collaboration and breaks find my iphone...

Any thoughts on this?
