iPad Manage your music on iPados without a computer. Is it possible?

I just use my usb drive to copy all my mp3 files to my ipad.... is there any app in the store that can play my mp3 like an album, cause in the file app you can only play one file at a time, and the music app does not see my mp3 files, I just want an app that can play the mp3 files in my files app like an album... dont want to sync with itunes, don't want to upload to dropbox...tried severall music apps but cant find one who sees the mp3's
I am in a similar boat. I have a bunch of music files saved in the files app from a DJ website... I want to move these to my itunes library without having to use a computer.
VLC will allow you to play MP3’s outside of the music app and also allow you to create playlists.
As for managing the music app without a computer. iPad OS does not allow this at this time. It may or may not ever come. I believe it’s more of them playing it safe with the RIAA & MPAA more so than the ability of the OS.
Even though they allow it on the desktop OS. There are a lot of hang ups with these industries when it comes to mobile, even to this day. It sucks for legit consumers as we are the ones who end up fighting all the crap these organizations put in place to prevent piracy more so than the pirates have to deal with. Consumers = 0, Everyone else = 1.

It's a deal breaker in a iPad only scenario. Even with a better file manager iPadOS.
