Hi

My son has a limited data plan (2G/m) He can not afford more.

What would be the best data manager app, that do not harvest our data?

My data manager is free but harvests our data.

I looked the others but the information is nohere.

P.s. I think it should be integraterd in the ios.

You might be aware of this already, but iOS can show you how much cellular data you have used, you can reset these statistics anytime too. While not a full manager that cuts in and limits your use, it at least tells you how much you have consumed, and iOS let's you decide for every app if you'd like to allow cellular data or not. This gives you a couple options at hand right away.

The installation requests to accept to install a VPN to follow our habits which allows the app to be free. I do not remember the exact wording.

The app doesn't require you to use a VPN. The VPN part is only if you want to track data usage on a per app basis. I have My Data Manager installed but declined the VPN installation (for the reasons you cited). I use the family plan feature of the app to show data usage across our family plan and it shows how much each of us have on a per day basis.
