Managing emails on iPad and laptop

I only read/delete/write all my emails on my iPad. But, when I login to my email accounts via my laptop, every email is still there undeleted. Any good ways to solve this problem other than manually deleting them?

Go into settings> mail, click on the desired account, click on the Advaned button, then you can adjust " delete from server".
