Anyone have a useful strategy with balancing multiple Photos accounts and how to combine or manage them? For instance, if you have a Photos account and you go to an event with your partner, you might each have pictures of that same event that really would serve you best in a single Photos library. Now you could manage this by having one person have the master Photos library and having everyone else always exporting the pictures that seem worthy of saving to the master Photos library owner – then deleting the pictures from the auxiliary Photos accounts. This would work, but it certainly is not convenient and is really impractical. What generally happens is everyone has a bunch of Photos pictures and many of them are duplicates of other Photos libraries - just a big mess. It would be nice if apple or a 3rd party vendor allowed the automatic sharing of certain photos to another person's Photos library.

Why not create a shared photo album and grant posting privileges. It’s pretty easy. I have shared albums with friends and family and it works fine. Everyone gets to keep their privacy by not having to share their entire library. But everyone can add to it and see if there are photos that are similar so they don’t have to add it, thus, eliminating the mess.
