Hi,

Is it possible to just perform your own manual backups using WinSCP or DiskAid and save the files on your PC hard drive?

For example, if you already know the directory paths for your WinterBoard Themes, NES ROMs, etc... you can just simply copy/paste them to your hard drive; right?

Does anyone know some of the popular directory file locations (Cydia, Apple Store, Installous, Contacts, Safari Bookmarks, etc...)?

These are the locations that I know so far:

WinterBoard Themes: ../Library/Themes/
NES ROMs: ../var/root/Media/ROMs/NES/

Thank you,

No one has ever tried this?? I'm surprised!!!

I thought more people would want to just have a hard drive copy of these files as a backup on their PC....

On that note, does anyone know where the following directories are located:

1. Where Installous downloads files to?
2. Where Bookmarks are saved to?
3. Where contacts are saved to?

I guess if we can get a growing list of these popular directories; I can post a full directory list to popular files/folders that people can backup through OpenSSH/DiskAid...

Thank you,
