Ok so i want to apply this theme posted by the creator manually

Can someone post location of where these folders need to be put or post a link on this. I see two files in the zip, one with the theme name and another called "_Macosx", is this folder when applying through a mac? I have no idea where to put either of these folders. I know var/stash/themes has a winterboard theme , obscure 7 in there but the only folders are "bundles" &"folders", and the .zip file has "UIImages info, ,plist, ds_store" also. Where do all these go? any help is appreciated
Edit; I believe I spoke too soon, I just dropped the entire folder, touchit7.theme, with the dsstore, info.plist ect.... into library/themes, this is all that is needed, correct?
