Is this possible? I have a mac but don't use iphoto (for photostream) and am only getting a 16gb... if i am on my wireless network with my phone docked in my bedroom can i open itunes and drag music in and out or copy photos and videos to my hard drive?

No. You have to physically connect the iPhone to the computer with your iTunes. The wireless connection is only for syncing.

Um, I think you're wrong on that. Pretty sure you can drag and drop music, movies, etc. I know I added ringtones to my phone this way.

YEAH! so i would just check manually manage music and that's it? cool.

All half correct answers above :)

Yes, you can manage music through iTunes manually via WiFi.

No, you can't drag & drop pics/vids from iPhoto wirelessly.

Take a look at the PhotoSync app for managing your pics/vids over WiFi.

Right, sorry. Meant that you could do it in iTunes only, not in iPhoto. I would imagine if you used iTunes to sync iPhoto folders, however, that you could do that much wirelessly.

Thanks to the guy who mentioned phoyosync, it does exactly what I wanted it to. I've been wanting a way to quickly and easily transfer photos/videos to/from the phone and my PC, this app really works well. Thanks.

Sorry to come in and join this thread late. So if my iPad is set to manually manage music and I turn on WiFi Sync I'm not gin a to have an iPad full of music that I don't want on there, I just sync as normal but I don't have to plug my iPad into my Mac. Is that correct?

yes, your iDevice shows up in the side bar in iTunes if it's connected or not, you click sync, and it adds the extra step of finding the device.
there is also a sync button buried in settings in iOS, so you can start from there too.

It's a lot slower over wireless, so i'd advise plugging in if you're doing a lot.

I have set up the WiFi Sync by ticking the box in iTunes, and I have ejected my iPad from iTunes. When I go to Settings > General > iTunes Wi-Fi Sync all that is listed there is Apps so I'm guessing that is done automatically. How would I go about adding a track to my iPad wirelessly?
