Problems:
1. iPhone keeps respringing constantly, and I haven't installed anything in Cydia to make it start. It just started happening. When I have it plugged in it respringing 2-4 times per minute.

2. Lots of battery drain. It will go down like 1% every 1-3 minutes. Even when I'm not doing anything.

3. Apps constantly crash, but only when I find my phone is constantly respringing or lots of battery drain.

Any ideas how to fix? I restored to try to fix it and it didn't work...

You haave SBSettings installed?

if so restart in save-mode

In SBSettings go to more/mobilesubstrate addons

disable all and 1by1 re-enable to find the cullprit

If you have the time, and the blobs saved (if you do not, do NOT proceed), DFU restore to 5.1.1 and start from a fresh clean slate.

You may have installed too many tweaks (a buggy one) or messed with the filesystem and maybe starting fresh will resolve those issues.
