Map App Issue

I am not receiving any sound/voice when using the Map App. Is anyone experiencing this? Any idea how to fix it? I have checked my sound settings and the map settings and everything is set properly. The side switch on my phone is not on mute.

My problem is even weirder. I have language set to norwegian and I get directions in english, pronounced with norwegian phonetics.

I "reset all settings" and it still didn't work but it did once I changed the Siri voice to "English UK". Weird. I'd try changing the language before resetting anything because it's a pain putting everything back the way I had it.
