maps application help! Add pinpoint?

is there any way to like add a pinpoint in the maps application? Like if I know where I am based on a satelite image I want to add a pinpont at my location to get directions


Or if I see something cool throtuh satelite image and want to go there like a park../ that doesnt have an actual adress


And how do I get directions to an intersection?

there is no way to natively do that ... but there is a web app that you can use.. although it doesn't work too well ...

I don't know, I deleted the bookmark cause it didnt work well.. Go to apple's site and look it up.
