I started a new job and part of my commute is using non-civilian roads to get to work. When I put in my work as a destination, this will help to see traffic and such, maps routes me on civilian roads only, which makes sense. The problem is this skews the arrival time and traffic data as well. Does maps learn your route and adjust accordingly or is there a way to teach maps a route you will take as your commute?

Have you tried other apps like Waze or even Google Maps? Also ETAs are based on posted/known speed limits and potential/historic traffic.
I’m not a fan of either app. The issue isn’t traffic or speed, you can see the route is way off course that I take as opposed the way everyone else would take.
