Carrier Maps/Navigation Eating Up Data?

I have Verizon and use the new 6GB plan. I checked the usage breakdown and the graph is extremely heavy in the Maps and Navigation category. I have attached a screenshot below.

I have Verizon and use the new 6GB plan. I checked the usage breakdown and the graph is extremely heavy in the Maps and Navigation category. I have attached a screenshot below.

According to my battery usage collected by iOS 9 maps has used 6% of my overall battery in the last week. Mind you, I drive as a job right now lol. How much are you using maps? And how does Verizon's statistics compare to Apple's?

look at ur phones data use by app not what verizon's somewhat interesting, but probably flawed, "system" thinks
