CEO Envi

Mine just arrived in the mail today ..... Anyone else have this sleeve? Looking great so far didn't bring my MBA with me to work so have to wait to try it out.

So how is this case? Any real life pictures? And, is it heavy or does it have any padding at all? I can't tell if it's hard or soft leather.

It is a soft med. quality leather and there is padding and a soft fabric liner inside. I would not call it heavy but has good size to it. Will post some pics later.

Does the Air fit tight & snug in it or is there any play/gap?
How is the inside?

I'm thinking about ordering this, but wanted to confirm that there isn't any problems with the magnetic closure affecting the computer in any way. Anybody know?

I like the CEO Envi also. Its a nice case. I have a Beyza "tinvelope" case for mine....love it.

wow u'd hope the beyza is good when it costs $200+!!

the CEO Envi is a much better price...but probably quality of leather not as good as beyza??

AFAIK the little magnet holding the flap shut wouldn't be strong enough to wipe ur hdd/ssd - which would most likely be the only part of ur laptop that would get affected by a magnet....however don't quote me on that one and hopefully someone more knowledgeable will step in and put u at ease. that was my first thought after seeing these particular cases also.

Great! These are the two cases I'm considering for my MBA...so I wonder if we could impose on you for a quick comparative review? Which do you like best, why, etc? Thanks!

*edit* oh i felt bad....so just for u, click here and here

OK, how about this.... This thread is useless without REAL, actual photos instead of overproduced, pristine photos that might not depict the true essence of what they look like. :)

It's called your thread is kind of pointless without photos ... sweetheart.
This is like me saying "hey who has this t-shirt here?" And then not posting anything about the actual product.

You've given us that it's a great looking sleeve, but maybe your post should have read more as a recommendation for a product that you actually purchased instead of appearing to be a poor attempt to rally the troops to figure out whether or not anyone is on board with your purchase.

Now, once you get home honey, you will probably turn this rally into a review whereby you'll simply say how awesome your purchase was and how great it fits your MBA. As a result, I, as a seeker of a case that will work best for a MB Air, will probably take my sweet-looking ass to google, honeypie, and find out what the heck this epic case is to see if it is just what I need to protect my future purchase. :) Why? Because there is nothing better than a user review and you my sweet pecan pie, are a user who could reasonably provide a review. ;)

And please do not feel sorry for me. Google is my boyfriend and he does a great job of putting out. ;)

BTW: Seems I'm not the only one who shares my opinion.
