That will only allow you to reset user passwords and even admin passwords. There is no way to reset a Master Password.

If you, on the other hand, "only" have forgotten the password of your admin account, that's easily solved: Checkout the Resetting the original administrator account password section of Mac OS X: Changing or resetting an account password.
