Hi,This is my first post here.

My app is MatCalc. MatCalc is easy to use yet powerful and flexible calculator. Its editable worksheet feature make it difference from other calculators out there. The free lite version is available (without worksheet feature). Please forgive my poor English ;-)

MatCalc is an expression based calculator for iPhone and iPod touch. User type the expression and press enter to get the answer. MatCalc has a built-in history which allow user to evaluate previously calculated expression and answer. The unique feature of MatCalc is MatScript, an easy to use worksheet which will re-calculate the entire history when user edit any cell in history. MatCalc is available in 3 versions with different level of capabilities

Tutorial for using MatScript in MatCalc Pro

To use MatScript , Click at the blue top right corner icon. Click at save (bottom leftmost) to save your current history to script. To load your script click at the middle icon.

In MatScript screen, Click at any expression in history list then the keyboard will appear. When you change any expression in history and press enter then the whole history will recalculate. You can delete an expression or reorder it by clicking at the edit button at top right corner. Save your script when you'r done with editing.

You can start script from scratch by clearing the history first by clicking at the clear button at rightmost bottom corner.

You can also add new expression by going back to calculator mode.

Example step to create MatScript.

1. Clear all history
2. Go back to calculator mode
3. Enter r=2
4. Enter circumference=2π*r
5. Enter area=π*r^2
6. Go to MatScript mode
7. Save your script with name "circle" and add description as you want.
8. Click at Script Catalog button at the middle. Now you can see that there's new "circle" script in the list.
9. Go back at MatScript mode and click at r=2 expression in history list.
10. Change the expression to r=3 or whatever. Click enter.
11. Now the value for circumference and area are changed to new value.
12. Actually you don't need to include "circumference=" or "area=" if you don' t need to use it later. It's there to make it easier to read.
13. Now go back to calculator mode and you will see that the history are also changed here. Do your calculation as usual.
14. Go to MatScript screen again. Load circle script from catalog. Now you can see that your current history are replaced with the circle script you saved previously. Your current history will automatically save to [auto save] script.

That's the basic guide for using MatScript.

Note: if you found that MatCalc behavior of keeping old expression is annoying then you can turn it off in setting screen.

Wow this is actually intuitive calculator. As an applied mathematics major, I've been looking around for a decent calculator on the app store but haven't really found anything that makes me not worry if I don't have my ti-89 on me, lol. but I'm really liking this whole script idea! Good job, I could definitely maybe see some slight bug updates and tweaks here and there, but I'm definitely interested in the progress of this app!
