Matte screened Macbook

I just purchased a C2D blackbook after a long debate over the macbook pro model. I much prefer the price, look, and size of the macbook to the pro, however the one point of contention for me was the glossy screen, this almost made me purchase the pro but eventually i decided the macbook was the better choice. What i wonder is in the near future is it forseable that i could replace the standard screen with a matte screen, maybe even one with higher resolution as has been done on the macbook pro.
