Mavericks to Yosemite Upgrade Free?

I purchased a new Mac Book Pro yesterday that has Mavericks, will I be able to upgrade to Yosemite free or should I return this one?

Mavericks itself was free, and there are no indications that Apple plans to go back to paid OS updates anytime soon. It's a safe bet that Yosemite will be a free update.

Yosemite will be free, and I'll keep the MBP if I were you... Coz if Yosemite doesn't work out, at least I have a stable OS to fall back to...

I'd bet OP confused Mac Pro with MacBook Pro. Common mistake.
