Looks like they bumped up the max number of cards you can have in Apple wallet. I only had two I’d recently removed to make way for more active cards, so I’m not sure what the new limit is yet.

I’ll add more later and see if I can hit the new max.

I'm at 21 as well, including Pharmacy, health care, vaccination, EV cards, insurance, hotel, restaurant cards. Didn't know there was a limit. On iOS 16 atm. (Realizing this is an iOS 17 thread)

The limit is only for payment cards (plus I think Home Keys and Car Keys)--anything needing NFC. They've steadily been bumping it up every few years.

Yep, 21 payment cards so far....with a few membership/rewards etc passes on top. I have a few other payment cards that I rarely use I'll add later on to see if I can reach whatever the new limit is.

Used to add all my cards. Then I stopped because you need all the cards again when you swap phones. Was a hassle that I got tired of doing. Same with the watch.
I am glad for the security but it is sure a hassle ... - sometimes some cards have even more questions/verifications besides just the 3 digit code on the back.
