Max Number of app pages

What is the maximum number of app pages the iphone can have?

I swear I read that in one of the recent updates they bumped it up to 16 but in past versions it was only 9.

Anyone know the official page count currently?

It's 12, but you can trick it into an unlimited number of pages if you have enough apps.

I deleted half of my apps ( I had about 8 pages, now I'm down to 4)

I don't care what apple says, my phone is significantly faster now

There's really no point in having 8-12 pages of apps on your phone if you don't use them, and in my case it was slowing my phone down.

You're not limited by the number of apps installed, just the ones you can see on the pages. Can always find the others not showing via the Search option.

tizzyler03 just delete your unwanted apps probably it will slow down your iPhones performance..Otherwise make it as much as your iphone handles..
