This may seem like an odd question, but I have a large collection of dvd's I want to rip for my media server.
I have a mac mini and was thinking of getting a bunch of apple or third party usb drives and connect them to a hub and then connect it to a mac mini. I'd then use handbrake to load the DVD's with handbrake.\ and select what i want to RIP. then I would add each to the conversion que, then let hand brake do it's thing over night. It would only rip one dvd at a time, but at least the drives would be loaded.
Is there any limitation to connecting 3-5 USB dvd drives to a hub and do this?
Any difference between USB2 and USB3 DVD drives?
