is it normal that the maximum battery health does not leave 100% after two years?

I bought one iPhone 11 pro and your maximum battery health shows 100%. The previous owner said that he never changed any part of the phone.

looking at 3utools the phone has one battery with 598 charge times and shows that the battery was produced by Sunwoda too.

my question is: is it possible? or did the previous owner lie?

obs: as a first test, the battery lasted 6 hours with the screen on.***

sorry for my English, it's not my main language.

Can you take a screenshot of the 3uTools main screen and/or the Details screen on Battery Life?

It's possible because the battery capacity % number isn't very accurate. The number is only a rough estimate. Use cycle count is more accurate.
