Ok, so I have an SE along with an iPhone 6 and an iPhone 5S that all need their batteries replaced. It's so bad they won't hold a charge for longer than three hours or so.
Now, I set up an appointment for tomorrow afternoon and plan on taking in all three iPhones. I won't care if they need me to drop them off as the SIM is in another iPhone.
Will I get a bit of grief from Apple? Will they insist I set up three different appts.?

5s isn’t part of the $29 battery replacement program...

So even though I am simply dropping off and don't care how long it takes to replace the batteries it'll take two separate visits to get the 6 and the SE taken care of?
(Thanks for the info regarding the 5S. Certainly isn't worth the cost on that one... even though it is running iOS 7.03)

Largely will depend on the store you are taking it to and what's going on there at the time.

I think they make appointments 15 minutes apart so you could try and make your appointments one right after the other and get them done the same day..

Returned earlier this evening. Positive results. They have what is called and "Express" appt. and they allowed both of my iPhones to be checked in as such. (I didn't bother with the 5S per what I learned in this thread.)
The SE went through quickly and effortlessly. The iPhone 6 though wasn't worked on as the screen has been replaced (not with Apple). I didn't know that as I purchased it pretty cheap here on MacRumors a couple of years ago. I was also told via the diagnostics it appears that iPhone also had the battery replaced at one time (probaby when the screen was replaced) and that battery is a non-issued battery Apple doesn't cover. In other words, if your iPhone has a non-Apple battery they won't replace it with their own.
As I don't really use the 6 (other than it has some 35g apps I like) I didn't care.
