Well hey guys im looking for external monitor for my 21.5 imac

thing is, i dont like it when the monitor doesnt fit well next to the imac (a)
so when you, per example, put up a dual wallpaper, that it fits perfectly (a)

so could you guys recommand a perfect monitor for the imac?

You'd probably do well with an Apple Cinema Display (if you can afford it) to match the iMac display. What size iMac do you have and why do you want a second monitor (if you have a 24" or 27" iMac)?

He has a 21 inch imac and same of the Hp monitors blend in well otherwise you are suck with the cinema display

Oops, yup I did miss the 21.5" part. Sorry.

I have a 24" iMac and just ordered a 27" iMac today. I used to use dual monitors when I was a Windows guy.

Try looking for the ACD on eBay or Craigslist for a cheaper price than retail or check the refurb store at Apple.
