If you're asking where they came from I'd guess an HP printer driver.

Precisely I delete this printer a few months ago so, I can delete too, in my macOS, but where ?
To my library' extension ?

I'm not sure. I don't have an HP printer so I don't know how to get rid of all the leftover stuff. I'd guess that it's harmless being in there, though.

Hopefully, someone here will know.
