When I change my wallpaper, it is lifeless, slightly opaque and with weak colors. Whenever I change my wallpaper, I am obliged to restart the system so that the wallpaper has the proper colors.

We've had this bug for a long time and Apple doesn't fix it.

This usually happens to me with the orange/purple stock wallpaper where I need to restart my iPhone. Oddly enough it does not happen on my iPad Air though.

That bug is from ios 13 beginning... I have this issue only with first four static light/dark wallpapers in ios13... Only restart helps...

I put a custom wallpaper from "The Last of Us 2" and presented the same bug.

Maybe yes. Depend on what wallpapers have you used. Sometimes is barely visible. Sometimes isn't presented.

I’m so happy it is finally fixed. It was present in iOS 12 too.
