Got some scuff marks on my MBP. Can anything be done, or is that just par for the course in the land of MBP?

They add character, I was upset when I first seen them, but I like them, specially the scratch on the screen. :D

The brushed aluminum CAN be fixed to look brand new. You need some extremely fine sand paper, specifically designed for ornamental metal finishing. You will also need some wet-sanding solution. You will need a patient, deft touch and instructions. Finally, you will need a small amount of chemtreat to apply afterwards, to protect against oxidation. I suspect you can find all of this in a kit somewhere.
