mb2.0, fan running all the time?

hello

I bought a white 2.0ghz macbook last summer. since then the fan came only on when I was exporting a movie with imovie or watching q3 demos or something like that. but recently (since yesterday to be precise) the fan is running all the time... even when I'm only surfing the web etc. I have no idea why. I tried the search but couldn't find anything really useful, I'm sorry!

Any ideas?
